We run our tours every day, year round, rain or shine. Just be sure to contact us ahead of time to book. We suggest you contact us as soon as you know which day you’d like to book since our tours often sell out very fast. Last minute reservations could work, so don’t hesitate to try. There are no tours Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year’s Day.

Pick up time for our tours are at 10:00AM. Pick up time may vary depending on the day of the week, holiday, and traffic condition.
Once we receive your booking, you will be contacted to confirm the pickup time at a designated location.

There are no tasting fees at any of the stops, as we have already covered the tasting fees in our all-inclusive ticket price. Beyond the samples we cover for you, please feel free to support our local businesses by purchasing some additional wine or taking merchandise home with you. Many items found along the way cannot be purchased elsewhere, and we have coolers on the buses for cold storage!

Yes, they’re great for 6 or guests or more but contact us and we will accommodate any size private tour!

We can accommodate up to 14 people without bus charges, if 15 or more please call for a custom quote.

Absolutely, we have many different options available for our corporate groups. We also offer great team building packages as well.

• Wine and/or Beer Tasting Fees at each stop
• Lunch – 3 stop tours
• Lunch w/ Charcuterie – 4 stop tours only or Corporate Groups
• Snacks and Water on the bus for duration of the tour
• Discounts on purchases, at discretion of each winery

For the Join In Public Tour, we meet in Los Gatos at a parking lot with lots of parking. For private tours, we can pick you up just about anywhere in the South Bay area, including your home or hotel.

We have a commitment to the wineries, these are pre-scheduled tours and if we miss our scheduled time we may be turned away or will affect our experience at the winery. Please be considerate of others on your tour. Therefore, within 72 hours we will consider refunding small  party cancellations however because we have to reserve and hold our buses ahead of time, there will be a 50% retainer we will hold if you cancel your tour in a short period.

If any group is running late, resulting in late arrivals to the wineries or changes to the planned tour itinerary, they will be subject to a charge.

Yes, you are allowed to meet us at the first stop- you can drive or Uber to the first stop and meet us to join the tour. We ask you join us on the shuttle for the rest of the tour.

It is on a case-by-case basis, depending on your tour.

Please note there is a $350 fine for each person that projects any bodily fluids on the bus.

If 72 hours or more notice is given prior to your tour date, you may be subject to Admin/Bus Fees.

If less than 72 hours notice from your tour date, you may be eligible for a refund, and subject to Admin/Bus Fees.

Same day cancellations of any kind are not eligible for refunds.

Rescheduling:
Fees may still apply, depending on your group size and the amount of notice given, as some costs may have already been incurred with the planning and preparation.

We do understand that life happens, and it will be handled on a case by case basis.

Please speak with one of our booking agents if you have any dietary restrictions, food preferences, allergies, dislikes, vegan/gluten-free, etc. On some of our tours, we can typically accommodate vegetarian and/or gluten free (additional costs may apply). Otherwise menus are preset; we cannot do substitutions. There will be a variety of food and usually something to suit everyone. We do have custom menu tours. Please contact the office for more details. Please note that we cannot guarantee the premises are free of your allergens. Please check with the restaurant/winery/brewery staff if you have any concerns.
